The MicroDex line of solid drilling tools spans the lower end of the tooling diameter range, 15.9mm (.625”) to 27.9mm (1.1").
These tools are designed to provide close diameter tolerances and high surface finish. With ideal machine part setup conditions, .003” per/ft tool centerline deviation is attainable.
