The PG Series Precision Bore Gaging System is a unique mechanical gaging system developed by Sunnen that makes I.D. gaging simple, reliable and economical. The PG series design is rugged and reliable, having been proven over decades of use on shop floors around the world. The PG precision gage is a productive complement to Sunnen or other honing machines where they are used to measure bores as part of the honing operation.
The PG-800E Precision Bore Gage is for diameters from 0.370 to 1.500 in (9.4 mm to 38.1 mm). Direct reading scale with 0.005 in (0.13 mm) range divided into increments of 0.00005 in (0.001 mm).
